Why Coffeextraction Subscriptions?

We have tested hundreds of coffee to make this blog useful, during our international coffee tours and coffee cupping.

We have chosen Gardelli for the high quality of the product and we think it represents one of the most quality Italian speciality coffee roasters in the world.

How does it work?

We receive your order, we select the coffee for you, which will be roasted freshly and delivered nationally and internationally. Our deliveries are made at the beginning of each month ( around 7th)  and we will send over the track number by email / telegram.
Our clients could aspect to receive different micro Lotti, depending on the time of the year or for production limitation reasons.

• We collect orders until the 25th of each month
• We roast the coffee through Gardelli facilities from the 26th of each month
• We deliver the coffee to the UK within 10 days
• We dispatch all the orders to our clients the day after we receive the coffee in the UK
• We can’t roast the coffee for each single order and If you order the sub ” special pal” after the 25th of the month, or any other day after the delivery day, you will need to wait until the next month to get your Gardelli coffee bag. This because we only delivery freshly roasted coffee,  we need to give time to Gardelli to roast the coffee properly and get it to the UK to be dispatched to you and we want all our clients to get the same quality  batch of coffee

ABOUT Rubens Gardelli’s Mzungu Project

We are thrilled to get our hands for the third consecutive year on freshly roasted by Rubens Gardelli. This coffee born in 2017 thanks to the Mzungu project by Gardelli Specialty Coffee.
What about the project? Rubens Gardelli teamed up in 2017 with the farmer Alex and with a friend Dison with whom has formed an export company to gain complete control and traceability of the coffee cherries. Rubens Gardelli built in the same location a centralized processing and milling station to ease the management of the operations.
The result is a super complex coffee with great aromas and flavors and intensely sweet. A natural processed (SL28 variety) coffee with Strawberry and Blueberry notes, Kiwi, Coca nibs and Molasses.
In addition to that, Rubens Gardelli started to pay local people above 50% of their past income to get the best out of the coffee and of course, to drastically change farmer’s life.
