The delivery of the sub “ special pal Gardelli” within the UK is already calculated in your monthly subscriptions, ( for 250ml coffee) via Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class.

How we work

We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every month, giving Gardelli enough time to roast all the beans in the most carefully way possibles and we directly dispatch the beans into our hub in the UK and process with national and international orders.

We stop collecting all the orders for our “ special pal sub” the 25th of each month, this to give enough time to Gardelli and us to roast your beans.

We deliver the freshly roasted coffee to the UK within 10 days ( sometimes 12 depends of external factors )
The orders will be dispatched the day the coffee arrives in the UK.

Usually within 10 days from the 25th of each month, when we finish to collect all the orders, wait for the coffee to reach the UK, prepare them up and dispatch directly to you. Sometimes, due to delivery or roasting delays, could be a couple of days later.
We stop collecting the monthly subscriptions the 25th of each month and start getting orders of the new sub from the 26th, in this way of operate, we can guarantee the same lotto for all the clients, super fresh quality coffee even if the order has been submitted in different days in that particular month.

We basically will roast all the coffee once a month and dispatch to everyone the same day, to be sure everyone get the same quality and the same high quality grade specialty coffee.
